About ROAR Holiday Clubs
Children in Bollington, Macclesfield and across Cheshire can unleash the fun this school holiday with our ROARsome Holiday Clubs! We transform Bollington Cross Primary School into an exciting playground for children! Our action-packed programmes offer children aged 4-11 years old the chance to dive into a wide array of exciting activities including football, multi-sports, drama games, arts and crafts, party games, Nerf gun battles and team-building challenges. We cater to a range of child’s interests, ensuring a thrilling experience for all!
As parents of primary school children, we understand the importance of child-initiated free play. At ROAR, children have the freedom to explore their creativity and imagination alongside enjoying structured activities led by our experienced and enthusiastic professionals. Each day is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and having a lots of fun in a safe environment.

What is your registration process and will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Step 1: Click ‘book now’ on either the Home or Holiday clubs page.
Step 2: When you submit your booking form, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your booking details and a payment link.
Step 3: Use the payment instructions in the confirmation email to guide you through our payment process.
Once you make payment through the link, you won’t receive another automatic email. However, your payment confirmation serves as your booking confirmation – your child’s place is now secure.
That’s it! No further action needed from you.
We regularly review our registers against payments received. If there are any issues or discrepancies, we’ll contact you directly. Otherwise, you can rest assured that once you’ve received the initial booking email and completed payment, everything is sorted.
What hours do your holiday clubs run from and to?
Children aged 4 years old, and in reception, can attend for up to 4 hours anytime between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
All other children can select 1 of 3 options;
- 9:30am to 3:30pm
- 9:00am to 4:00pm
- 9:00am to 5:00pm
Do you accept childcare vouchers?
We only accept direct payments. Our secure online platform ‘Stripe’ allows customers to pay via Apple Pay and with all major debit or credit cards.
What is the cost of attending your holiday clubs?
Our holiday clubs offer families fantastic value for money and are priced as follows;
- 4 hrs pass = £12.50
- 9:30am to 3:30pm =£15
- 9:00am to 4:00pm = £20
- 9:00am to 5:00pm = £25
We are pleased to offer a 10% sibling discount.
Do I need to send my children with a packed lunch?
Yes, we give children a morning and afternoon snack break alongside lunch at midday. Plenty and food and drinks ensures children have the hydration and fuel needed to play all day.
