Roar potential – Training on Racism, Diversity and Equality. Highly recommended:- Elliott from Roar Potential delivered an inspiring and meaningful presentation to all of our staff as part of our CPD on Anti-Racism, Equality and Diversity. He delivered a mixture of facts, data and personal experiences from his own life that gave the content and message authenticity and impact. He made us question, think and challenge our perceptions leading to us improving our practice in this area. We all left with a clearer understanding about many people’s lived experiences, how easily inequality and stereotypical misconceptions can be reinforced and repeated, and ultimately the impact this has on beliefs and experiences in life. Following the activities and discussions, we are confident about what we need to do and how to achieve it with small but important changes in the use of language, imagery, resources and role models etc. We felt empowered in our ability to deliver an equal and positive learning experience for all of our children and families. We recently had Roar host our daughter’s 4th birthday party and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Elliott and Lottie brought so much enthusiasm and fun to the day, it was really special for the children and stress-free for the adults! Our daughter keeps asking when she can have another party with them, high praise from a four-year-old who says exactly what she thinks! So many other parents commented on how much their children loved it too. We wanted something warm, fun, and age-appropriate, without being too overwhelming for such a young group, and Roar got the balance spot on with plenty of both original and traditional games. They made such a genuine effort to include every child, making sure everyone felt part of the fun. We especially appreciated how parents could join in too, which really helped some of the shyer little ones get involved. The ‘time out’ area was a genius idea for children who needed a little break, such a thoughtful touch we hadn’t seen before. From start to finish, Roar were creative, professional, and so much fun. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable party, and we’re really grateful. Thank you again!!

Roar Potential are a fantastic, and professional team. Both my children are or have been involved in their Colts sessions and extracurricular activities, and they really support the children to develop, have fun, and develop their social skills in a safe and supportive environment. Would highly recommend Roar Potential and their team to anyone who'll listen 👍🏼

The breadth or activities from sport, art and multiplayer games is far a wide and reassuringly safe, compliant and focused on learning, good health, well being and active collaboration. The hosts are warm, welcoming; organised, efficient and accommodating. A gem of a club. ROAR!

Fantastic holiday club. My two have loved attending. Not only does it have a variety of sports activities throughout the day but plenty of other exciting stuff such as arts and crafts to keep the kids entertained and to suit different personalities. Elliott, Natalie and the team are really hands on, fun and caring so I feel that my children are in safe hands. I would definitely recommend.

ROAR is an absolutely amazing place for kids to have fun and to be well looked after. A family run business and just so much thought and care put in. Great to see. After school and holiday clubs have been a life saver for so many parents! Thanks Elliott and team!!
